Excellence Guaranteed

Quality Assurance

Integrated QA practices, measurable KPIs and multi-level service checks behind every deliverable.

Excellence Guaranteed

Standardized Excellence

QA is not a final gate — it runs on every release. Benchmarks, checklists and multi-level checks are written down, reviewed and updated, so quality does not depend on who is on shift.

  • Defined Benchmarks

Clear quality bars for speed, accessibility, security and content — agreed before the first screen is built.

  • Measurable KPIs

Each project tracks the numbers that matter to it, from load time to checkout completion, in one shared report.

  • Continuous Monitoring

Staging checks, release checks and post-launch monitoring feed the next sprint instead of gathering dust.

Strategy

QA Checklists

Project leads maintain a written checklist per build — not a generic template — so quality and accountability stay visible from kickoff.

  • Detailed project roadmaps
  • Accountability tracking systems
  • Phase-wise quality metrics

“By implementing standardized checklists, we catch the same class of bugs before a client ever sees them.”

Framework

Multi-Testing Strategy

We test the way your users will actually use the product — on their devices, connections and edge cases — not only on a developer's laptop.

  • Functional

Validating all features against business requirements.

  • Performance

Checking speed and stability on real mid-range phones and slower connections.

  • Security

Identifying vulnerabilities and closing access gaps before launch.

  • UX Testing

Validating user journeys, keyboard flows and accessibility standards.

Deep Analysis

Audits & Impact Analysis

  • Code Reviews

Peer review on every merge — readability, maintainability and the next developer's sanity.

  • Benchmarking

Load, responsiveness and accessibility measured against the project's written targets.

  • Impact Metrics

Every feature change is checked against what it could break before it reaches production.

FAQ

Questions about our QA

How testing runs, what you can see and who signs off.

Who runs QA — developers or a separate team?

A QA role owns the checklist and signs off on releases, while developers review each other's work. Critical flows get a second pass from the project lead before anything reaches production.

What is tested before a release?

Functional flows, forms and payments, mobile breakpoints, load time, accessibility basics and security headers. The written checklist is shared with the client, so you know exactly what was covered.

Do you test on real devices?

Yes — Android and iOS phones, tablets and desktop browsers. Emulators cover quick checks, but sign-off happens on real hardware because that is what your users hold.

What happens when QA finds a bug late?

Severity decides: launch blockers are fixed before release, cosmetic issues move to the first patch window. Either way the bug is logged in the shared tracker with a status, not lost in chat.

Can we see the QA reports?

Yes. Screenshots, severity levels and status live in the shared tracker, and every release summary lists what was tested and what stayed open.

Do you test performance and accessibility?

Yes. Load-time targets are agreed per project, and keyboard navigation, colour contrast, focus states and alt text are checked before launch.

Is QA billed separately?

No. QA sits inside the build scope. Only ongoing monitoring after launch, if you want it, becomes part of a monthly support plan.
