Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to biharinnovation.com and any linked pages, features, content or application services offered by Bihar Innovation (collectively, "Website").

Anyone who visits or uses the Website — even without buying a service — is deemed to have read these policies (including the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy) and accepted them, forming a binding agreement with Bihar Innovation.

Payment Security & Issues

For your security, your bank does not tell Bihar Innovation why a payment was declined. You will usually need to contact your bank directly to resolve most payment issues.

Contact your bank even if:

You have used the same payment method successfully before.
Part of your order has already been charged and delivered.
Funds are available in your bank account or on your credit card.

Steps to Resolve Payment Issues

Security Policies

Banks flag unusual activity, including first-time orders and large purchases, and may ask for verbal authorisation before a transaction goes through.

Withdrawal Limits

Most banks cap how much can be charged or accessed in a day. Crossing that limit can block the account, and a higher purchase limit may be needed to complete the payment.

Payment Authorizations

For card orders, we use RazorPay to confirm the card is valid with the issuing bank. This appears as a full authorisation for the purchase amount, and some banks hold it for 7 to 10 business days.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Bihar Innovation does not entertain refund or cancellation requests after an order is purchased.
